Skratch Bakery was born out of my love for sharing delicious cakes and cookies with friends and family. My commitment to using the finest ingredients is the cornerstone of every recipe in the skratch kitchen. I knew from an early age, that the kitchen was where I truly belonged, and baking was the thing specifically calling me there. When my dream became a reality, I quickly realized that the food is only a small portion of the complete picture. In order to enjoy the hard work that this industry demands, you must be PASSIONATE about every piece (pun intended) the food, the staff, the cleanliness, the numbers and the customers. I am passionate about it all. Our skratch kitchen is not only about creating an amazing product, but also customer service so genuine, that you forget the separation created by the front counter.
